Gift Subscriptions

One-time payment in full when placing your order.

Gift shopping for a dear friend or family member who loves premium, rare coffee? Consider one of our gift subscriptions. Your gift recipient will receive our monthly roast selection of 100% Kona coffee (either whole bean or ground) and a sample of Hawaiian chocolate in gift packaging for either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months. Alternatively, if you would like your recipient to be able to select their favorite roast(s), a Domain Kona gift card is a great option! Gift cards are available for purchase by selecting “Gift Bags and Cards” from the “Our Coffees” drop down on our home page.

How do I purchase a gift subscription?

To purchase a gift subscription, navigate to the Pre Paid Gift Subscription collection from our home page; click the gift subscription button corresponding to the desired number of deliveries (either 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months) and size (8oz or 16oz) you want to gift . Proceed to checkout where you can select either ground or whole bean.

When will I be billed?

You will be billed for the full gift subscription amount at checkout.

When will my gift recipient receive coffee?

Your recipient’s coffee will be shipped the first week of each month. You must purchase your gift subscription 5 calendar days before the 1st of the month for the recipient to receive coffee the following month. Gift subscription memberships received within 5 days of the first of the month will begin the next month. For example, if you place your order on October 25, 2021, the first subscription coffee order will be shipped the first week of November 2021. If you place your order on October 29, 2021, the first subscription coffee order will be shipped the first week of December 2021.

Will my gift recipient receive the same roast two months in a row?

No; we won't send the same roast twice in a row, but your recipient might receive it more than once in a year.

Can you ship coffee subscriptions internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the United States at this time.

By signing up for the coffee club membership, you commit to a minimum of 2 membership shipments; after your first 2 shipments you may modify or cancel your membership at any time.

You can cancel or reactivate your membership in the customer portal, which can be accessed via the link in each subscription email OR by logging into your Domain Kona account.

Can you ship coffee subscriptions internationally?

Unfortunately, we are only able to ship within the United States at this time.

Recurring Delivery Subscription

Can’t get enough of Domain Kona’s freshly roasted 100% Kona coffee? Use our new “Subscribe and Save” feature to sign up for recurring delivery (monthly or quarterly)! Recurring delivery saves you 5% and gives you the peace of mind of knowing when your favorite coffee will arrive at your doorstep.

Recurring Delivery FAQs

How do I sign up for recurring delivery?

To sign up, navigate to the “Our Coffees” drop down from our home page. Select your favorite roast (“Subscribe and Save” is available for all roasts and grades except Peaberry). Select and view your desired product by clicking the red text underneath it. From the product page, simply click the “Subscribe and Save” option and proceed to checkout.

When will I receive my coffee?

Your coffee will be shipped the first week of each month. Customers must sign up 5 calendar days before the 1st of the month to receive coffee as part of the recurring delivery subscription in the following month. Subscription memberships received within 5 days of the first of the month will begin the next month. For example, if you place your order on October 25, 2021, your first subscription coffee order will be shipped the first week of November 2021. If you place your order on October 29, 2021, your first subscription coffee order will be shipped the first week of December 2021.
